Dr. Grace A. Haynes is a highly regarded family practice physician with a distinctively integrated approach to healing through medicine, art, and ministry and genuinely compassionate patient care. A graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine and University of California, Davis, Dr. Haynes is a board-certified family practitioner licensed to practice medicine in Arizona and California. She has practiced medicine in the Valley area for the past 23 years, and has served as the Department Chairman of Family Practice at Thomas Davis Medical Center. Her long-standing dedication to treating the whole person has earned her numerous prestigious awards including the 2018 East Valley Tribuneâ€™s Best Doctor â€“ General Practice Award, Patientsâ€™ Choice Award (2014-2015), Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2013-2014), American Top Doctors and Whoâ€™s Who Top Doctor (2009-2015). She was also National Merit Scholar (1987-1988). Dr. Haynesâ€™ other affiliations include: American Academy of Family Practice, American Board of Family Physicians, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, and The International Womenâ€™s Leadership Association.
Currently the Medial Director and lead Physician for Verve Wellness, Dr. Haynes is a dedicated servant leader, giving generously of her time locally and globally. She is the founder of Graceâ€™s Song HMAM, a Phoenix-based non-profit. She has served as a medical missionary in Gambia, Liberia, and Malawi, to include; Mission Team Physician for Live Love Liberia (2010, 2012, 2013), Mission Team Physician for Live Love Malawi (2016) and Lighthouse Medical Missions (2017, 2018, 2019) with Dr. Robert Hamiliton, a world renown Pediatrician from Santa Monica, CA.
In her spare time, Dr. Haynes loves to paint and spend time with dear friends. She serves as an officer on the Board of Directors of New Jerusalem City of God International and a missions leader at Spirit of Life Church. Continuing in Family Practice and General Medicine, she is always available for patients in need. We are honored to have her medical contribution at Verve Wellness and the patients served there.
